These formulas are created when the patient’s needs cannot be fully met by commercial medicines available on the market, because the required dose is not available, the patient has allergies to certain components, or for other specific medical reasons.

Master formulas are developed by pharmaceuticals following the precise indications of the doctor, adapting the dose, the pharmaceutical form (such as capsules, creams, solutions, etc.) and the ingredients of treatment with the individual needs of the patient.

You can request your master formula in 3 steps:

To request the preparation of your master formula, have your original formula on hand, indicating the name of the patient, date, formula to be prepared (with the components, their concentrations and quantity to be prepared in a clear and legible manner), signature and seal. from the treating doctor, its formula must be valid for less than 3 months.

Write your information, and add the medical formula (color image).
Check for a confirmation email and payment instructions, which should be received within 24 hours.

Recommendations to request your master preparation:

The medical formula must be updated once a master preparation is requested.
The checkout time will be indicated in the payment process, but we usually leave the master formula within 2 days after confirming the payment.
Some primary materials may not be available for immediate delivery and thus require more than the indicated time, you will be informed at the time of ordering.
